Right Click Editor is most powerful tool in Right Click Enhancer. This tool also performs other tools operations.


Search for File Types :-


       


Search for file type whose Right Click Context Menu entries you want to remove. As you can see in the above screen shot write file type in the search box and click Search button represented as magnifying glass icon.


View right click entries :-


       


As you can see in the above screen shot all the file types that contains folder in its name were  returned as a search results. I want to edit right click context menu of folder so i will double click on the folder as shown in the screen shot to open the right click entries in the folder context menu.


Hide\Disable or move right click entries to cascading menu :-


       


All the removable entries is shown when you click on the file type are shown as seen in the above screen shot. Back Button as represented by left arrow icon is also enable. Click on the entry you want to hide or disable and click on the hidden menu. As you can see in the screen shot click on the Add To Menu Button to hide the entry from right click context menu.


Enable disabled right click entries :-


       


Expand the Hidden menu to see all the hidden entries of the context menu. Now to unhidden the entry click on the entry you want to unhidden and click on Move From Menu button.


Add cascading menu to right click context menu :-


       


You can add cascading menus to any file type's context menu. just click on the Add New Menu button from tool bar you will be presented with the below dialog.


       


Write the name of the menu in the name text box. If you doesn't provide icon location on the hard drive default icon for the cascading menu is shown. Now click on the Add Menu button to add cascading menu to Right Click.


Add new commands to right click context menu :-


       


You can also add new command to right click context menu just click on the add new command button. You will be presented with the below dialog.


       


You can browse for the application to perform command through browse button or you can directly enter the command to Command Text Box as i just did here. Here i want to add create file list command to all the folder's context menu so write the information as above and click Add button to add the command to Right Click. When i click on this from folder's context menu it will create file list for me that contains all the files and directory in this folder.

When you click the add command there is always "%1" written in the Arguments Text Box. This "%1" is used to take path of the file or folder you just clicked as command line Arguments.


Remove cascading menu from right click :-


       


To delete the cascading menu from the right click just select menu you want to remove and click on the Remove Menu Button. Anything in the menu will be restored to right click. So here Create file list will move to right click.


Remove right click entries :-


       


To remove entries from right click just click on them and click remove button as shown in screen shot. Now if you complete editing the folder context menu hit back button shown as left arrow and then click on the Cancel Search button represented as red stop icon to go to the main screen.


Switching to Shell Extensions Mode :-


       


If you don't find entry you are looking for then it should be in the Shell Extensions section. Click on button as shown in the screen shot to go to the Shell Extensions section. This button is toggle button so if you click it again it will return to the main screen.


Hide shell extensions from Right Click :-


       


Here i want to hide the 7zip shell extension entry from all the file so i will click on the 7zip entry. All file types that have this extension are shown in the right side list. I want to hide the 7zip extension from the so select the *(Represents all the file types excluding folders) and click on the Hide button as shown in the above screen shot. If there is also entry for AllFileSystemObjects than you must have to hide it because it represents all the file types including folders. Same is also true for Folder and Directory.


Enable hidden shell extensions :-


       


To unhidden the 7zip extension from all the files expand and select the * and click on the undo hide button to unhidden the extension.


Remove shell extension from right click :-


       


To Remove the extension from context menu select extension from left list and file type from right list then click on the remove button to remove the extension for the file type's context menu.
