Fewest Cups Sold |
The stand that sold the fewest cups. |

The stand that had the most customers in line, even if every customer did not buy. |

Fewest Customers |
The stand that had the fewest customers in line, even if every customer did not buy. |

Most Lost Sales |
The stand that had the most customers leave the line. |
|
Most Stock Spoiled |
The stand with the most stock spoiled due to age or due to discarded pitchers. |
|
Most Wasted Overstock |
The stand with the most wasted overstock, due to a large morning order, or a change in the stand's storage capacity. |
In addition to listing the best and worst of the stands, the Snapshot report also lists the overall customer feedback. The number of customers who thought the recipe was too sweet, too sour, or just right is listed under the appropriate icon.
