You need a permit for each stand you have in the district. You have to pay for this permit each morning, and each permit gives you the right to have one stand in the listed district.
The daily permit cost of the district is related to the number of customers found in the district: the more customers, the higher the permit cost.
The permit doesn’t apply to a particular stand or a particular location. This allows you to move stands between districts.
If you move your first stand from the Bronx to Times Square, you’ll have to pay for a new permit for Times Square; then, if you move another stand from Brooklyn to the Bronx that same day, you don’t need to buy a new permit for the Bronx.
