The Snapshot report lists the highs and lows of your day's performance.

The best and worst of your stands are listed in the following categories, giving you an idea of which areas need the most attention.

Most Profitable

The stand with the highest net profit.

Least Profitable

The stand with the lowest net profit.

Most Cups Sold

The stand that sold the most cups.

Fewest Cups Sold

The stand that sold the fewest cups.

Most Customers

The stand that had the most customers in line, even if every customer did not buy.

Fewest Customers

The stand that had the fewest customers in line, even if every customer did not buy.

Most Lost Sales

The stand that had the most customers leave the line.

Most Stock Spoiled

The stand with the most stock spoiled due to age or due to discarded pitchers.

Most Wasted Overstock

The stand with the most wasted overstock, due to a large morning order, or a change in the stand's storage capacity.

The Snapshot report also tracks the number of feedback icons from the day's customers. This lets you know the general response to your recipe, price and service time.
