To improve your staff, you can buy staff training upgrades. Each upgrade increases the number of customers your staff can serve, but also increases the daily cost for each staff.

There are two staff training upgrades: Pro Staff Training and Super-Staff Training. You must purchase Pro Staff training before buying Super-Staff Training. You cannot sell or change these upgrades.
