EBWin - EPWING/EB Viewer for Windows

* Summary
  EBWin is an EPWING/EB viewer for MS Windows

* Operating Environment
  Unicode version: Windows NT/2000/Xp
  MBCS version    :Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/Xp

* Installation
  - Run the distributed executable. Installation will be performed.
  - Put the files CATALOG(S), dirname/DATA/HONMON*, dirname/GAIJI/*,
    dirname/START in proper locations. CATALOG(S) can be placed as deep
    as needed. Add them by using "File" menu.

* English Interface
  - If the EBRes.dll is placed in the same directory as EBWin.exe, all menus
    and messages will be translated.

* Known Issues
  - When you scroll up in continuous display mode, the screen layout can
    temporarily become scrambled. This happens when a paragraph with many lines
    doesn't fit in the internal buffer so the layout cannot be calculated
    correctly. This behavior is by design.

* Usage Conditions
  - This program is free for non-commercial use.
    Note: sale as a part of a CD-ROM dictionary, or bundled with PocketPC
    hardware is considered commercial use. Distribution on an appendix CD-ROMs
    with magazines or books and the internal use in companies is freely
    permitted, since it's not related to business.
